PC starts by itself !!

I have WINXP-PRO-SP1. 90-100 minutes after I turn it off,
the machine boots on its own ! No virus present. Checked
all routine settings in XP. ALl fine .. but .. automatic
booting still on. PLEASE PLEASE HELP.

Perhaps look for "wake on Lan" or similar modem options enabled?
