View Full Version : Quick Launch toolbar vanishes on reboot.

Every time I reboot my computer, the Quick Launch icons on
the left side of the taskbar vanish. The "properties"
option of the taskbar keeps unchecking the box that
displays the quicklaunch toolbar. None of my other
settings seem to uncheck themselves on reboot, only this
one. It's extremely annoying to have to open properties
and re-check the show quicklaunch box every time I reboot.
Anyone have ideas on what could be causing this?

Hi Jenni,
Run this script to see if it helps. It also includes the Save Settings on
Exit entry.
Restore Taskbar and Desktop to Default Functionality (Line 164)

To use the VBS Files: Download .vbs file and save it to your hard drive (you
may want to right click and use Save Target As). Double click the vbs
file. You will be prompted when the script is done.
