Hello:
In Windows XP-Pro SP1, Is there any way to change the time to read in 24
hour time. 8am=0800, 1pm=1300.
I thought there was an option, but I can not where I have seen it. I tried
the set time and date area. Not there.

Start>Control Panel>Date, Time, Language and Regional Options>Change the
Format of Numbers, Dates and Time...

Control Panel >Regional and Language Options >Regional Options (tab)
>Customize (button) >Time (tab) >Time format: (dropdown-menu)
Read text at bottom (H=24hour h=12hour)

(Forest Rangers go to the Beach to get away from it all)
