Window outside viewable desktop

When i start photo editor in windowed mode, it does not
appear on the desktop, when i maximize it it appears in
full screen. when it is windowed and i click move or
size, it goes to the far right wall, but i am not allowed
to move or size the window.

F11 will usually toggle a program window from Full Screen back to windowed
mode.

To reorient the window for this program, two suggestions to try:
1) Right click the taskbar and select Cascade Windows. This will force all
open windows to a default dimension (and resets the stored dimensions for
it as well). From there, you should be able to get a normal Maximize.

2) With only the problem program window up, right click the taskbar and
choose one of the Tile options. With only one window open, the program
should fill the desktop similar to how a maximized window would fill it.
