PLEASE HELP !! Upper right hand corner's minimize, maximize, close buttons size problem. Thanks.

I used to have large buttons in the upper right hand corner with small
print in the title bar.

Now I have large print in the title bar with small buttons after a
reinstall. Could someone tell me how I can enlarge the minimize,
maximize, and close buttons without enlarging the title bar font size
and the Quick Launch icons? I tried for hours yesterday with no luck.

control panel \ display \ appearance \ advanced
In the dropdown list, look for caption buttons

right click the desktop and select Properties->Appearance Tab. You can
modify settings there.
