Bob,

1. For the windows that comes up after restart make sure
there is no shortcut installed in the "Startup" folder.
Good way to verify this. Click on: Start > Program Files
> Startup. If you see an icon there stating system32 or
c:\windows\system32 delete it. You can also find it by
going to: Start > Run > Type in "msconfig" without the
quotations > Startup tab (Far right when the program pops
up. > Uncheck the box that says "ONLY
c:\windows\system32" there may be a couple here BUT the
one you are looking for will have a blank name
under "Startup Name".

2. Second question. Windows will not let you make a
shortcut with the name provided. You have two options.
Create the shortcut and right click on the new shortcut
and rename it, you could just delete the Shortcut to...
portion out instead of giving it a new name. Or secondly
there is a tweak out there that lets you customize your
GUI. Called "TweakUI" link provided.
