There is one in the latest Micosoft XP powertoys. This
has an option to have specific pictures on specific days
(e.g. birthdays, christmas). I prefer the old Microsoft
powertoy background switcher which is still available on
the net as the new one does not support stretching
pictures to fit the screen.
