Looking for a site that can give me the definitions, what
they do, and if they are needed...of the items in the
start up. (msconfig) I would like to disable some. I know
a site exist, i have been there before. But silly me
forgot to bookmark it. Anybody know of a site?

wise it would be posted as a new post. Sorry, I do not use Include message.

Perhaps as you don't include the message you could refrain from posting =
as your messages are out of context and are meaningless.

Well you should do as a) it's usenet custom to do so, and b) a lot of people
set their newsreaders to View Unread messages, and if they see a reply to
something that doesn';t quote the previous post, they haven't a clue what
the original question is, and then have to go back through all the headers
marked "read" to find the original.
