WinXP's Windows Explorer allows files to be reordered
merely by dragging them around. Then a group can be
highlighted and renamed. It's GREAT!
Trouble is that the renaming seems to be of the form
Filename (1) ..... Filename (243). this works fine
except that some other programs read them in a different
order because there are no 'leading zeros'. The resulting
order is Filename (1), Filename (10), Filename (100),
Filename (101)..... Filename (11), Filename (110).....
This effectively displays them in almost a random order.
Is there a way to change the format Windows Explorer uses
when it renames multiple files to include leading zeroes?
