Dialer not working anymore

Hi there everybody,

Since the "worm-business" my dialers (timeup, advanced Dialer 2000) are not
working anymore! Only possiblity to go online is to connect via MS-IE6!!

Are the Winsocks broken? What can I do?

Thanks for answering, but it worked before in XP! Sometimes also there is a
message "sockets" broken or similar.

How to restore the sockets?
