Hi,
Yeah tried that. Pressed the power button in for at
least 10secs, but nothing happens when we power the
machine back up. The fans still spinning, so it seems
there's nothing wrong. It just appears that the disk is
fast asleep and nothing will wake it.
Any other ideas?
