XP JavaScript Issues

I am having trouble accessing any javaScript web pages
ever since I installed XP. The websites say that my
Javascript is enabled. I have downloaded what I think is
the javaScript fix off of the sun.java.com website. Does
anyone have any thoughts?

You downloaded Java, which is different from Javascript. They are
similarly named for "not-good-enough" reasons ... that another story.
See the security settings in Internet Explorer (Tools/Internet Options)
to enable scripts to run.
