Now and again through reasons I am unaware of, the
toolbar freezes but the window im viewing does'nt. It's
XP Proffessional and the toolbar is anchored on the right
hand side of the screen. It takes on average 20-30
seconds to come back to life. Any ideas what's causing
this?
Thanks in advance

Check under the startup tab by running msconfig see what's loading there
and try just loading one item at a time.

Are some of the startup utilities essential for Windows
though?
