Make Attributes active in WinExplorer by default

How can I make any and every Windows Explorer window show
the file Attributes column by default - just as it
automatically shows Name, Size, Type, and Date Modified -
whenever 'Details' is active?

Click on View and then Chose Details - then click on items you
want displayed in that folder.
