XP end program

I have made myself the adminstrator and not my husband.
When he uses his settings and we log off we get the End
Program message that states the wkscal.exe is not
responding and if I choose to end it will not save his
setting. I also have a hard time getting on the internet
with his setting. Do I make him an administrator also. (I
would rather not because I'm afraid he would mess things
up). Please help
