Settings mysteriously changing

Occasionally when i come to my PC my desktop icons have
changed around to a different order, my IE settings have
reverted back to their default settings and the order in
which my favourites are set is changed also. Does anyone
have an idea of why this is happening as it is really
annoying for me?

Save Settings on Exit (Line 54)

To use the Regedit: Save the REG File to your hard disk. Double click it
and answer yes to the import prompt. REG files can be viewed in Notepad by
right clicking on the file and selecting Edit.
