Microsoft Outlook's Calendar feature will allow you to set
up appointments and will remind you at a given time, i.e.,
say 15 minutes before an appointment, or longer depending
upon your preference. You can either buy Outlook as a
seperate application or, if you are feeling flush, you can
go the whole hog and buy the Microsoft Office Suite. If in
doubt, go along to a local software dealer and see if they
have acopy installed on one of their display pc. Take a
look at it and see if it does what you want it to do.

Hope this helps

The WORKS calendar also can do this or buy a PDA (Palm or
Pocket PC).
