QUESTION: How do I delete an 'Action' from an already
defined File Type

I go to Control Panel -> Folder Options -> File Types
(tab)

In the 'Registered File Types' box I select 'Folder' then
click the 'Advanced' button.

In the 'Edit File Type' dialog box is a list
of 'Actions'. I want to remove one of the actions listed
but when I select it the 'Remove' button remains greyed
and inactive.

The options can be removed from here:
[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Folder\shell]

But, backup the registry first.
