I get an error "An error occurred while Windows was
working with the Control Panel file C:\WINDOWS\System32
\desk.cpl" when I do a right click on the desktop of the
system. The problem is the START item is the whole width
of the screen and I can't see any applications
running...the rest of Windows works fine...but it's a
problem

Any help would be greatly appreciated by email. Thanks
