dell solution center item on start menu

Hi all,
Dell places a solution center item on the start menu. It
is seperate from the other items (like in a group) How
do I delete it from the start menu?

Hi Sherry,

If it is listed under Run, go to Start/Run/Regedit and delete this key:
HKCR\CLSID\{2559a1f6-21d7-11d4-bdaf-00c04f60b9f0}

If not, check under Customize/Advanced and uncheck it. If this is still not
the correct area, send me a screen shot via email.
