Windows XP open Shared Folder Slowly

I have a Lan with one server Windows 2000, 20 Client
Windows XP SP1 and 5 client Windows 2000 Professional SP3.
When I access to shared folder on Windows 2000 Sever from
Windows XP client it wait 30 second to open the folder.
Windows 2000 Client haven't the problem!!!!!
Help Me please!!!!!!

sounds like dns issue. check your dns settings.
