Hi, I have system restore enabled. I Want to delete two
days to be exact. One day has errors and the other day I
did alot of restores(I was testing it out you could say).
I have a lot of "restores for that day' an I want to
delete that day and the prevoius day which had the
errors. Is there any way to delete just one or two days?
How much disk space does it take up? Does it stop workin
when it runs out of space?
thanks

No. The System Restore tool only provides to delete all but the most
recent Restore Point. Because older Restore Points are replaced after
a certain time, this problem should go away soon.

where are the updates stored and under what name? if you remove 1 or 2 from
there will it cause a crash?

You cannot do it as the backups are not stored in single files. You
can take a look in the SYSTEM VOLUME INFORMATION folders on your
drives to see what I mean. Of course you could try to delete data from
here, but you will risk screwing up the entire System Restore
information when doing so.
