Start a service with files located on a network drive

Hi All,


When I try to start a certain service which has to access some files on a
mapped network drive, the service fails. When I start the program involved
interactively, it starts without problems ?????

I use XP pro version 2002 (no service pack !).
The files I have to access are located on an NT Server drive which is mapped
on my machine.

Has anyone ever encountered this problem ?
