log on the domain

Hi

I have a computer where I have to partions, windows XP is
installed on both partitions. When I boot the computer I
can choose to boot on C: or D: when i boot on C: and
logon to my firms domain it works, but if i turn of the
computer and boots on D: it dosent work, and I have to
take my computer off the domain and in agin with the
administrator acount before i can login with my username.
