About Virtual Machine for WinXp Pro

I dont have Virtual Machine in my laptop. Then i visit
the Microsoft Windows Update and Download the Service
Pack for WXP Pro. But this dont solve my problem... then
i visit sun.com and download the Java Plug-in and this
dont solve my problem... What can i do??? or Where i can
download this tool??? Thanks Andres
