This problem just started a few days ago, I'm running
WindowsXP Pro. and a Linksys BEFSR41 4 port router and
it's been working great for the past year. I have two
other cpu's also and they are all networked and always
have been. Now this machine I'm using surfs the net ok,
but if I go and try and download something I get a HTTP
error 403 Forbidden and that's as far as she goes. No
matter what web site I'm on, if I take the router out and
plug this cpu direct to the modem it works fine. The
other two cpu's by the way download fine while in the
router. I've been working continuly for 3 days on this
matter without any success.
