On XP, the connections are kept in phonebook files under:
(1) Connections created for All user
"\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application
Data\Microsoft\Network\Connections\pbk\rasphone.pb k"
(2)connections created for the user himself
"\Documents and Settings\XXXXX\Application
Data\Microsoft\Network\Connections\pbk\rasphone.pb k"

This storage system is not supported publicly, that means it may change in
the future versions and if the customers do any programming based on this,
they are on there own.
