Can't see all my programs

Could someone please tell me how I can view all my
programs or how to make them smaller. I keep getting a
message saying they can't all be shown, but I have no
idea on how to make them smaller.

Perhaps by grouping them into catagories like Games, Utilities etc ?

Right click on Start, select "explore all users".
Navigate to <user name>\start menu\programs.
Create folders called Games, Utilities etc
Drag program icons into the appropriate folders
