msvc32i MFC Application error ?? Anyone heard of this?

Everytime I start my Dell Computer with Windows XP Home
Edition I get this error message: "msvc32i MFC Application
error". Lately my computer has been freezing and sometime
operates without the sound. I'm not sure if this could be
related with a memory upgrade that I recently installed?
