What's the other traffic? What subnets does that other
traffic go to?

Use 'route /?' and set your default gateway to be the
Internet gateway.

Then add routes for the subnets that the other traffic
goes to and point them to the other gateway.

There's no way to distinguish between Internet and Other
traffic per se, except by the subnets the other traffic
goes to.
