update error

everytime I try to update, I get the "...can't display
requ. page" and error code 0x800A138F. I tried the fixes
they say and still it doesn't work. Any help is
appreciated. I want sp1a.

I get the same message (cannot display page) but without the error number.
As you say, I have tried virtually every fix but so far without solution.
