send/receive messages at startup

needing to set my system to send/receive messages at
startup. Please help

What e-mail program? For Outlook Express go to Tools, Options, General tab.
The option is there.

1) It would be great if we knew what email program your using.
2) This is not related to XP. Not to sound rude, but you will get better
results in an Outlook newsgroup. (If that's what your running.)
