Applications automatically opening while booting up

How do I get applications to stop automatically opening
up while my computer is booting up?

Check the application itself for an option to load at startup and disable it
there. If you can't find the option, go to Start, Run, MSCONFIG and go to
the Startup tab. You can disable items there.
