We were forced to switch from an NT server to a 2000
server. Now I have around 20 or so pc's experincing this
problem. I need the fix for this if someone could please
help me. I got now where with the support links. I have
XP SP 1 on all these machines. You can email the fix to

Got nowhere with the support links? You mean you called Product Support,
requested the supported fix from Knowledge Base article 329457 and they
refused? I've never had that happen. In fact, EVERY time I've contacted
Product Support for a supported fix like this one, I've always received it
at no charge for both the fix and the phone call. What did they do/say to
you exactly?
