There is problem in opening the word document file and
computer is getting hanged. How to solve this problem

Rename (or delete if you have no custom templates set up) the file called
Normal.dot

It would be nice to think that we could forgive cultural differences and
accept that we all have differing levels of ability re. use of english and
associated grammar.. surely we are here to help people with computer
problems, and not to judge their ability to be 100% coherent in their use of
the english language..

Haveing seen some few of your replies to OP's, I note that they are
*brusk*.
Yet this OP writes his problem *concisely* (well, suffice to understand
anyway) and without multiplication of words, but you find you find fault
with this.

The OP appears to have been quite well understood by another person who
replied to him, so why not you ?
