Entire Network Icon is missing

It appears that I have been carless and have lost
the "Entire Newtork" Icon from Explorer, is there any way
to get it back?
Any help much appreicated

In my experience, for whatever reason, the only way I can get the Entire
Network icon to appear is to hit the F5 (Refresh) key.

You hero, pressing F5 works. Why would MS set up such an
odd way to manage the system! Oh Thanks for info.
