Local drive screen

When i click on my computer and then click local drive,The
screen that appears has a black background with readme
contents all over the screen and the folders are on top of
this background and you cannot see the title of the files
until you move the cursor over the folder or icon when you
click on a folder or icon the next screen is normal. Any
help please.

Could you take a screenshot and post it so we have a better idea what this
looks like? Alt+PrintScreen and pasting into mspaint.exe will make a
screen shot.
