I have to press the off button to manually power down my Dell Inspiron 4150
running Windows XP Pro - the "Windows shutting down" screen just freezes.
If I switch on again then try closing down windows there is no problem.
I'm worried that I could be storing trouble up for later and would like to
rectify the problem, so any help is welcome. Thanks.
