Scrolling Headlines

I am having trouble viewing a webpage that has scrolling
headlines on there home page after I have put an XP
workstation with the latest updates in place. Prior to I
had a Windows 2000 workstation ruuning latest updates and
was able to see the page the scolling updates. If there is
any workaround for this please help. My current
configuratiopn is:
Version 6.0.2800.1106.xpsp2.030422-1633
Cipher Strenth: 128bit
Update Versions: sp1; q330994; q818529
