Greetings,
I have a network that is suffering from the description
in article 810907 with lockups in word and losing
connection to file while open across the network.
How does one get these fixes without having to call
Micorosft? Is there a way for technicians to have access
to these files without having to call Microsoft everytime
we run across a specific issue?
