Unfortunatly it is not. Any suggestions for adding it?

Do a search on your hard drive for hyper. It should be in C:\I386. If
it's there just create a shortcut to hypertrm.exe and put it back under
Accessories/Communication.
If it's not on the hd anywhere there might be some option to install it
from the original CD.

c:\i386 is not part of a standard install. On my machine it is here...
"C:\Program Files\Windows NT\hypertrm.exe"
