Please don't take offense, as this may sound silly, but
have you rebooted the computer?
If so, then what has changed? Did you or someone else
make changes to the TCP/IP settings on that computer? Was
some new hardware or software installed? Can you still
connect to all the machines that you can see? Have you
tried to connect to machines you can't see by using the
\\server\sharename option at the command line?
The best way to get a good answer is to give as much good
information as you can about how things are set up, what
behavior you are expecting, what behavior you are seeing,
and what you have done (exactly) to test theories and fix
your issues.
