how can I block certain ips if i use the bridge host on win xp?

At work I have a adsl connetcion that only may be used by two computers.

pc1-------------HUB-------------pc2
| |
SERVER |
| |---------------pc3
adsl |
|---------------pc4

pc 1 has two network cards that are connected via a bridge.

the adsl canot be connected on the hub

pc 1,2,3 have permission to use the shared Interet connection
pc 4 may not use the connection but may have access to pc1 for shared
folders


anybody any Ideas how I can block pc4?

Manually assign the TCP/IP properties to pc4. Give it an IP address
and subnet mask that are compatible with the network, but don't assign
it a default gateway or DNS server.
