Hi,

I had installed "Norton AntiVirus 2003" and other tools. But then, i have uninstalled it.
But there's a problem. I cannot read, write or delete any file in "C:\RECYCLER\NPROTECT" folder. I'm the system administrator and i have "full access" to everywhere. Also, when i click "Properties" on a file (00000149.), the information is like this:

***************************************
File Type: ""
Size: ""
Created: ""
***************************************

....etc.

I know that there's no record about that files in NTFS file system header. How can a program writes a data outside a file.
Is it possible.

So, I can't delete that folder and files. Folder's size is about 110MB. --> Folder creator is "Norton UnErase" program.

You need to check your permissions, again. See Help and Support and search
for "take ownership"

I have controlled the permission and ownership about 'NPROTECT' folder and i have full rights. But it's not a folder or file.
Only it's appearing like a folder. Anyone who installed 'Norton AntiVirus 2003' can try to look at the properties of 'C:\RECYCLER\NPROTECT' folder.
