Help with Printing Directories

Under DOS I used to be able to print a list of the contents of a directory
(DIR/P), but now I'm using Windows XP and I don't know how to do it!
Can anybody help please?

You can attain a command prompt via
Start>All programs>Accesories>Command Prompt.
or
Start>Run>CMD

dir /? will open the help file for 'dir' command
Typing help will give a list of all available commands.
