Automatic updates

Hello Friends,
I have quite recieving the notices that there are new
updates, service packs and patches. When I set my
computer up I would recieve nice little notices that there
were updates ready to be installed I could then decide if
I wanted to download them or discard them. Can anyone
tell me why I quite recieving the notices and how to start
them comeing agin

If it started out doing this, I do not know why it would stop unless the
AutoUpdate feature has been turned off by something/someone. To re-enable
it, right-click on My Computer and select properties. There is an
AutoUpdate tab which contains the settings to turn it back on.
