Check to make sure your network adapter is not firewalled.

Go to Start/Run and type the computername or IP address of the PC it is
installed on. \\computername or \\192.9.203.x You must use the 2 back
slashes in front. Then you can double click on the printer to install it on
other PC's on the network, so they can print to it.
