Configure pc4's TCP/IP settings manually. Assign an IP address and
subnet mask, which will allow LAN access. Don't assign a default
gateway or DNS server, which will prevent Internet access. Create
limited user accounts for the people who use pc4 so that they can't
change the TCP/IP settings.
