I need help, I am a new XP user and have an error
message problem when I click on links in an e-mail or web
page. The erro message states that "There aren't any
profiles created, Please use Earth link to creat a new
profile before using this program." 1st, I don't use
Earth link and don't want to. and 2nd I thought I set-up
my profile. I am very confused. I have tried to look up
this problem is 2 different Windows XP trouble shooting
guides and have not found the solution yet. If anyone
out there knows what to do please explain it to me. I
would also like to know how to safely delete the freebees
Icons/programs on my desktop that came with my computer
that I am never going to use.
