I am seeing the following error message when I try to
open links on e-mails and web pages, What do I do?
"there aren't any profiles created, Please use earthlink
to create a new profile before using this program"
I don't use earthlink and don't want to. I use peoplepc
as my service provider.
I also would like to know how to safely remove the freebe
stuff/programs that came with my computer like earthlink
Thanks

You might check with the People who sold you the computer. The earthlink may
be part of the package you bought.

LC,
Earthlink can most likely be removed by going to the Control Panel,
Add/Remove Programs, and finding the Earthlink entry and removing it.
Hopefully that'll solve your problem.
